Privacy Policy

By using this website (& signing up to our mailing list), you consent to Pereeia holding your info, & understand that all data provided by you is true & accurate. We will not share your info with any other business / site. All payments are processed securely through PayPal in AUD; Visa, Mastercard & Amex facilities.

Order Acceptance

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Please note, this does not signify we accept your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pereeia reserves the right to decline your order for any reason after the order receipt has been sent. If we decline your order, we will be in touch within the next business day with details as to why & to make alternative arrangements if your order has been accepted, we will be in touch via email to confirm the delivery date & order details before we begin production.

Payment and Ordering

All payments are processed securely via PayPal in AUD or the daily equivalent currency; using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

RTW gowns require payment in full at upon ordering, with alterations quoted separately (please e-mail us to arrange required fitting)

Custom gowns are paid in 3 installments of 50% / 25% / 25%
50% when the order is placed; 25% a month before pick up & balance 25% at the final fitting

All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch. If your payment is not received or if your payment is declined by your bank or by your credit card issuer, we cannot guarantee that we will hold the product for you despite the placement of your order.

Prices of Products

Prices are current at time of display but are subject to change without notice.

All products are shown in AUD unless otherwise noted & there are no further fees or taxes added at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on any & all faulty orders within 48 hours of the delivery date. All standard & petite, non-custom-made orders can be exchanged for another size or different style. Returns are only available for faulty garments, and subject to assessment

Please note, we will accept a maximum of one exchange per client unless otherwise discussed in-studio

We take great pride in the quality of our services and products. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product please email info@pereeia.com with images and a detailed description of the fault – we will be in touch with how to best proceed. Please note we keep a visual diary of every RTW order we ship out during final check

*please note shipping costs are non-refundable & any returns are paid at customers cost – we strongly suggest using tracked return mail to confirm we receive goods promptly.

While every attempt is made to process prompt returns & refunds, it will sometimes take a week for us to review & make contact with you

Shipping

As soon as your order is placed online, a member of our team will be in touch (or within the next business day) to confirm all of your details. If you have requested a custom fit – we will make fittings dates with you over the phone at this time.

Online Gown Purchase

RTW gowns purchased online require four months for construction. We may be able to shorten this to 3 months, but we ask that you note this on your order form at purchase, or get in touch with us to confirm we can offer the faster delivery. Express delivery will incur a once off fee, paid at order.

Once your gown is ready, we will be in touch to confirm the address & pass on the tracking number. We estimate local orders to take approx. 5-10 business days. For international orders please allow 21 business days for shipping.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information and ensure this information is accurate.

You are also welcome to a pick-up your gown from our studio between Thursday – Saturday by appointment

Returns and Exchanges

Please note, due to the nature of ‘custom fitting’ – any gowns that have been ordered with variation from our size / colour offering, are unable to be returned or exchanged. These sales are considered final.

If you are Melbourne based, & would like to make an appointment to try a sample gown on, please get in touch ( info@pereeia.com )

Therefore, returns are only valid for faulty/inferior garments

How to Return / Exchange an Item

Step one – as soon as your gown leaves our studio, we will send you an email (along with a tracking number). We ask that you notify us within 48 hours if you require a return or exchange.

Step two – we will email you the ‘returns & exchanges’ form, as well as an RA code to fill in & return to us via e-mail. If you require a change of size, please let us know what size as early as possible & the date of your wedding so we can confirm we can meet the date

Step three – once received, we will review the gown & assess the claim – if there are any differences to what was sent out, the return may be declined. If returned in the same condition, we will send a receipt of the refund (if requested) or we will start production of the exchange & send an email confirming new delivery date

Change of Mind

As our gowns are made–to–order, we ask that you consider the gown carefully before purchasing. Hence, we do not accept ‘change of mind’ – but we will happy offer advice on alterations if required once gown is delivered
